ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

How does the two-for-one offer work?

Add two watches to your cart and the second one drops to zero automatically. No code to enter — the discount applies on its own and shows up before checkout. Mix and match any models and colors.

What if I don’t love it once it’s on?

You have 30 days to change your mind, and you don’t owe us a reason. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid label, so you’re never out of pocket. Refunds go out within 14 days of the watch reaching us. A watch is judged on the wrist, not on a screen — which is why we carry that risk for you.

How long until it arrives?

Your order leaves us within 24 to 48 business hours, then allow 8 to 15 business days in transit. You get a tracking link the moment it ships. Shipping is free, with no minimum order.

Why the price? Does the quality hold up?

A $300 watch and a $60 watch often run the same kind of quartz movement. The gap comes down to the name on the dial, the middlemen and the markup. We sell direct and put the money where you can see it and feel it: 316L steel, the dial finish, the fit of the bracelet.

Will it suit a slim wrist?

Yes — that’s exactly the size we chose. The case stays compact, 32 to 34 mm, so it frames the wrist instead of swamping it. The bracelet adjusts to fit wrists from 5.5 to 8.3 inches (14 to 21 cm).

Can I resize the bracelet myself?

Yes. The link bracelet shortens with a simple sizing tool. If you’d rather not touch it, any watchmaker or jeweler will do it in a few minutes, usually for under $10.

Will the steel tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. 316L stainless steel is the grade used in fine jewelry and surgical instruments: it doesn’t rust, doesn’t turn skin green and doesn’t darken on contact with water or sweat.

Can I wear it in water?

It handles rain, sweat and washing your hands. Skip the shower, the pool and the ocean: heat and chlorine break down the seals — on every watch built this way.

What if it stops working?

Every watch carries a 2-year warranty on the movement and the case. Send us a photo or a short video and we repair, replace or refund. This sits on top of any statutory rights you already have under your local consumer law.

When will the battery need replacing?

Around two years. A swap takes five minutes at any watchmaker and costs a few dollars. Batteries are a consumable, so they sit outside the warranty — as they do everywhere else.
