Are your watches water-resistant?
Our models are rated 3 ATM. They handle rain, sweat and washing your hands. They are not built for the shower, the pool or the ocean.
Which size should I choose?
Our cases measure 32 to 34 mm, sized for a slim wrist. The bracelet adjusts to fit wrists from 5.5 to 8.3 inches (14 to 21 cm). If you are unsure, measure your wrist with a tape measure.
How long does the battery last?
Around two years in normal use. Any watchmaker or jeweler can replace it for roughly $10 to $15.
How long does delivery take?
Your order ships within 24 to 48 business hours, then allow 8 to 15 business days in transit. You get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
Can I return my watch?
Yes — within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging. Returns are free. You are refunded within 14 days of the watch reaching us.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the movement and the case, from the date of delivery. The battery, bracelet wear and everyday scratches are not covered. This warranty sits on top of any statutory rights you already have under your local consumer law.
