30 days to change your mind, and the return is free. You do not owe us a reason.

You have 30 days from delivery to send a watch back. Any statutory cancellation right you hold under your local consumer law applies on top of this and is not affected by it.
Conditions
The watch must come back unworn, complete, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. An item that has clearly been worn or that arrives incomplete may be subject to a reduction in the refund.
How it works
- Write to us through our contact form with your order number and the model concerned.
- We reply within 48 business hours with a prepaid return label.
- Drop the parcel off at the point indicated. Return shipping is on us.
Please do not send anything back before writing to us: without a label we cannot match the parcel to your order.
Refunds
Your refund is issued within 14 days of your return reaching us, to the payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank, the entry can take a few extra days to appear.
Exchanges
Would you rather have a different model or colour? Say so in your message and we will exchange it instead of refunding, at no extra cost.
Faulty item
If the watch has a defect, it falls under the warranty rather than the change-of-mind return. The exchange or refund is at our cost, with no 30-day limit.
