Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Timings
Your order is picked and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Then allow 8 to 15 business days in transit.
These timings exclude weekends and public holidays, and start from payment confirmation. Busy periods, such as the end-of-year holidays, can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel ships. It can take 24 to 72 hours before tracking shows its first movement — that is normal, the parcel travels before it is scanned.

Where we ship
Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will tell you whether we can serve it.
Parcel not delivered or damaged
If tracking has stalled for several days, if the parcel is marked delivered but never reached you, or if it arrives damaged, write to us through our contact form. We open an enquiry with the carrier and reply within 48 business hours.
